I personally know of at least one house that was sold using a St. Joseph statue.
My buyers first had to sell their house. And we tried everything!
Originally the husband put the statue in the wrong spot, in the wrong position.
As I was speaking to his wife, I asked about the statue. While I was on the phone I could hear her talking to her husband. We found out what he had done, and we told him more specific directions.
Corrections made. House sold that afternoon. I kid you not.
