Gulf Coast Area Homes: When pictures speak louder than words.

When pictures speak louder than words.

I love this Blog, I have entered homes that looks like this.. LOL

Via Amy Jones (Chandler, Arizona RE/Max Excalibur):

Words are not needed when the marketing photos speak for themselves.  The property discription for this home is listed as simply this: "3 bedroom, 2 Bath home in gated subdivison, on cul-de-sac, right next to community pool."  AHHH that sounds so lovely.

But the photos say "No really, you shouldn't come in here without a mask and steel-toed shoes. By they way, are you up-to-date on your tetanus shots?"

I think the photos are a little dark..but that's probably a good thing.  I really wonder if there's any value to using photos like this except that it did save me and my buyer a trip.

By the way, this can ALL be yours for only $124,000. Trash included.

Alice ~ I think that home would be considered 'move in ready'!  HA, what was the agent thinking?  Or not!

A lot of foreclosure homes around here use to look like that. I think most REO agents , just dont care. You have to laugh at any agent who would actually post those photos.

I asked an REO agent about one of his listed houses that looked a lot like what you posted. His reply was that sooner or later the price would drop and eventually the house would sell. Not my style.
