When pictures speak louder than words.

I love this Blog, I have entered homes that looks like this.. LOL

Words are not needed when the marketing photos speak for themselves.  The property discription for this home is listed as simply this: "3 bedroom, 2 Bath home in gated subdivison, on cul-de-sac, right next to community pool."  AHHH that sounds so lovely.

But the photos say "No really, you shouldn't come in here without a mask and steel-toed shoes. By they way, are you up-to-date on your tetanus shots?"

I think the photos are a little dark..but that's probably a good thing.  I really wonder if there's any value to using photos like this except that it did save me and my buyer a trip.

By the way, this can ALL be yours for only $124,000. Trash included.

What a great home in Grand Bay AL.!

 The home sits on 3.10 acres just south of Hwy 188 in Grand Bay, AL on Henderson Camp road. There are mature Oak and Pecan tress, a variety of fruit trees; Figs, peaches, plums, and blueberries.
