 Find a real estate agent brought you to my blog. My name is Alice Broadway, I am a real estate broker licensed in Mississippi and Alabama. Posting this blog in hopes, it will educate potential home buyers and help them Find a real estate agent, that will provide them great service.

Buyers and sellers need to FIND A REAL ESTATE AGENT that will work diligently for you. But how do you choose the right one? Well I will try to give you some tips on how to Find a real estate agent that you know will offer you good service. First let me tell you one of the most important things you need to know about in order to FIND A REAL ESTATE AGENT.  There are Buyer Agents and Selling Agents, not to say that one agent can't be both because most can and are. Some agents only like to list the properties, while others like to show them. 

To Find a Real Estate Agent who can represent both clients on the same property is a Real Estate Agent that has to walk a very thin line not to compromise their fudiciary duties to the seller client, and the buyer if representing them as a client also.

Example: You are a buyer looking to buy a home, you drive by and see a FOR SALE sign in the front yard of a home you like. There on the sign is a phone number of an agent for you to call. Guess what? If you call this agent you are calling the agent who is representing the seller. Yep they are working for the seller. I suggest you Find a Real Estate Agent to assist you before you even begin your search.

By law we as agents have to sign an agency relationship with the seller, and are promising to get them the most money for their house that the market will bring. ~ You want this house for the lowest price or best deal you can get it for right? GET THE PICTURE ~~~~ Who is the Client? 

Not to say it cant be done, because it can, but my suggestion is you FIND A REAL ESTATE AGENT you like and trust if your buying or selling property.

Downtown Moss Point Mississippi and its Historic districts, is within walking distance to the river. There is a waterfront cafe, a bait shop and a boat launch. During the summer months the last Friday in the month the community people come together at the Moss Point Riverfront park and enjoy live music, food and fun.

The Mississippi Alabama Gulf Coast offers many job opportunities, some of the employers include, goverments contracts, and large industries such as; NGSS, Keesler Airforce Base, Thyssenkrupp, Austal, Bender, Atlanti Marine, and many others. Another large employer on the Gulf Coast is the Casino's in Mississippi. 

What an excellent place to live, and play! The Mississippi Alabama Gulf Coast offers some of the best Salt Water or Fresh Water Fishing around. From the lakes and streams all the way to the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

USAA Movers Advantage

 I spent weeks trying to become a REALTOR for USAA movers advantage. Well, I was in for a rude awaking, and yes I said RUDE!  The program is geared to put money back into the buyers pocket which is great for the home buyer. Only not so good for the REALTOR involved, it is a referral program from USAA MOVERS ADVANTAGE to get part of the commission money from the REALTOR and give a portion back to thier usaa member who chooses one of their realtors.

The REALTOR involved in the referral process cannot disclose how the program works. Why, because USAA movers advantage do not wont their clients or anyone else to know the facts. Now that just dont sound Right!

USAA movers advantage claims to gives their clients money back, if they use USAA movers advantage. Which means they must use a Realtor that is referred to them, the REALTOR has agreed to give 30-35% of their commission to USAA MOVERS ADVANTAGE, who in return gives "PART" of it back to their client. Yes I said PART of it. 

As a Realtor I strive very hard to make the buying and selling process as stress free as possible for my clients. It upsets me to know that USAA movers advantage  is the one claiming to be putting the money back into the buyers pocket. When in all actuality it's the REALTOR who's giving them the BONUS. USAA movers advantage  gives only a portion to the buyers and keep the rest.. Now that just aint right!  

In Alabama and Mississippi, we Realtors, we are not allowed to give away cash or gifts/bonus to an unlicensed person. So my question to USAA movers Advantage is; Are you a Real Estate Licensed Company?  

I urge buyers to find a REALTOR they like, trust and have confidence in. One that will work for their best interest, you will end up better off if your REALTOR works for you and does not have to give up most of their commission.

Buyers say they are working with USAA movers adavantage, but the advantage appears to be more for USAA Movers Advantage than the buyer.
